As such, no returns will be accepted, no items are exchangeable, and no refunds will be issued unless expressly stated otherwise in these Terms. Duck Phone Card Top Ups is not liable for any goods that have been stolen, misplaced, or misused without authorization.
In the event a refund or exchange is granted following a dispute or error handling, the time frame to credit the refund to your wallet at Duck Phone Card Top Ups will be communicated to you.
Phone Cards and Credit Transfers
Please note that all phone card purchases and credit transfers are non-refundable. Any funds will be credited back to your wallet.
Digital Goods
Unless otherwise specified, all digital goods purchased into the customer’s account are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.
Duck Phone Card Top Ups reserves the right to consider refund or exchange requests in exceptional cases, such as when digital goods are deemed faulty, damaged, or unusable.
The customer is required to submit a request to Duckphonecardtopups.com within 2 months from the date of purchase on any faulty or damaged goods. Failure to do so will automatically forfeit the customer’s right to make any request for refund or exchange.
