Games Terms of Service

Welcome to Duck Phone Card Top Ups! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services, including game top-ups, gift card & gaming accounts sales. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
For Trinidad & Tobago you also agree that disputes with Duck Phone Card Top Ups must be resolved on an individual basis through final and binding arbitration as described in detail in Section 8 (Dispute Resolution).

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 8 years old, or you have the consent of a parent or guardian. If you are using the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

We provide game top-up services for various platforms and sell gift cards for games and gaming services. Availability of specific games and gift cards may vary.
3. Account Creation
To use certain features of our services, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- Maintain the security of your password and account.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Payment Terms

- All transactions are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.
5. Game Top-Ups
- Game top-up services may take some time to process. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the game platform.
- You must provide accurate account information for the game platform to ensure the top-up is processed correctly.
6. Gift Cards
- Gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions set by the issuing company.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Please treat gift cards like cash.
- Gift cards may have expiration dates or usage restrictions.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Engaging in fraudulent transactions.
- Attempting to access the accounts of other users.
- Distributing spam or unsolicited communications.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Duck Phone Card Top Ups is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data or profits.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Duck Phone Card Top Ups, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
11.Gaming Accounts
All accounts we sell have been purchased from previous customers. To ensure security and a smooth experience, we have outlined some rules that must be followed to avoid potential issues:
1. Refund Policy
Once the account information is provided to you, refunds are not available. Please confirm your purchase before proceeding.
2. Security Guidelines
Upon purchasing an account, it is highly recommended that you immediately add your recovery information. This includes updating the phone number, backup codes, recovery email, passkeys, and any other relevant security details. This step will ensure that our information is completely removed from the account.
3. Family Sharing
For security purposes, accounts are initially set up under our Family Sharing system to guarantee 100% safety. Once you purchase an account, we will remove it from Family Sharing once your information is verify, and you will be required to set up your own system.
Note that it may take approximately 7 days for all our linked information to be fully removed. After this period, we will remove the account from Family Link, and you can configure it as needed.
4. Device Compatibility
If you use Android, you must sign out of all other Google accounts on your device before logging into the purchased account.
If you use iOS, there is no need to sign out of other accounts, and you can log in directly.
5. Options for Account Setup
You have the following options for account setup:
Option 1: You can remove all existing Google accounts from your device and log into the Free Fire account using the provided email credentials.
6. Account Login via Google Meet
All account logins will be completed during a scheduled Google Meet session to ensure security and accuracy.
